Hess’s Barbecue Catering is family-owned and operated and celebrating its 4th generation. Since 1978, when brothers Paul and Lloyd Hess dreamed of turning their small butcher shop into a catering business, we’ve grown to exceed the dreams of our founders and built one of the most well-known barbecue catering companies in Lancaster County, PA.
